The fertilizer mixer is an essential component in crop irrigation and fertigation systems. It enables precise delivery of specific fertilizer ingredients along with precise control of the Ec (salinity) and pH of the irrigation water of the plant.
Standard fertilizer mixers automatically extract the concentrated nutrient from the tanks according to a given recipe and after mixing in the intermediate tank, the mixer feeds the fertilizer through the irrigation system for the plants.
These types of mixers are built according to the expected efficiency and flow. The higher the efficiency of the fertilizer system, the larger the fertilizer mixer and thus the higher its price.
For this reason, we offer an automatic fertilisation mixer developed by our company, which injects the specified recipe directly into the pipeline with running water.
Our solution, from similar ones, differs in that in addition to injecting the nutrient into the pipeline that feeds the facility of a nursery, greenhouse or field crop, we additionally control the level of the applied fertilizers in two stages.
On the mixer that returns some of the water with the previously applied fertilizers and finally we control the level of Ec and pH of the water that is supplied with the fertilizers to the irrigation system of the horticultural production. Based on the indications of Ec and pH measurements and the current water flow, the mixer continuously regulates the amount of fertilizer and acid supplied. With this solution, the mixer can operate at flow rates from 1m3/h to 60m3/h and more depending on the configuration of the installation around the fertilizer mixer. An additional advantage of our solution is that the mixer retains a small size and costs much less than a typical solution.
Our solution is characterized by the fact that the software of the fertilizer mixer can be freely modified, and its work can be linked to the control of the entire system, which controls the entire pumping room, filtration or disinfection.
We offer different fertilizer mixers of both types.
For simpler crop irrigation and fertilisation systems, we offer the Dosatron system with different efficiency, which allows the pulsed dosing of concentrated nutrient fertilizer into the flowing water in the irrigation pipeline of the crop. The size of the Dosatron dispenser is selected depending on the volume of water flow to which the fertiliser is delivered.
